Also, I always choose the cheapest shipping available and I received the book sooner than expected. I ordered it on December 10th thinking because of the Holidays coming up it might be a while before I received it. I got it in less than a week. I am very pleased with MarJams service. I also wish the vacuum didn't have "Pet Hair" emblazoned over the front; the logo looks kind of hokey, especially considering I intend to use this all around the house and not just for pet areas.
